Today I finish my pizza process.
Serving: 1 personal size pizza (8 inch)
The dough was made from modified chēbē mix. Preheat oven temp - 375 degrees
First I brush the crust with parmesan garlic butter mix and bake for 10 mins. Here is the partially baked dough.
Toppings! Here's what I have:
Marinara
Sundried tomatoes
Green olive
*Cheese mix
Mozzarella cheese
Parsley
Onion powder
Garlic powder
Taking a tip from a fellow food enthusiast the cheese, parsley, onion and garlic powder were mixed in the food processor until well incorporated. The sauce and toppings were layered on the crust. I brushed the edges with the remaining butter and returned to the oven for 15 mins.
Here's the finished pizza :)
This crust experiment came out pretty great. The outter crust was crunchy but chewy on the inside. The inner crust was more chewy towards the center but still well done. I'll be experimenting with this mix again adding more almond flour. It would definitely work well for bread sticks or flats for grilled cheese.
