Try it out: Hellofresh 60

Reviewing: Pork chops with zesty green onion salsa, green beans & cauliflower. 2 servings prepared  Here's what you get: Roma tomato Garlic  Scallion  Jasmine rice (not used) Pork chop  Lime  Black bean (not used) Southwest spice blend  Chicken stock concentrate  Sour cream Substitutes: Green bean  Cauliflower  The salsa: To make the salsa the scallions and Southwest spice were added to two tablespoons of avocado oil. A pinch of garlic and cast of juice from the lime we're also added. This was then salted and peppered to taste.  The cauliflower: The cauliflower with steamed for 15 minutes before mashing up to make a rice substitute.  Chicken stock concentrate, lime zest, tomato and lime juice where added. This was set aside and it pot with the lid on to keep warm. The protein: The pork was prepared by patting it dry and seasoning with Southwest spice blend, salt and pepper. Reviewing: Speedy start chicken tacos with creamy Chipotle lime slaw and Mexican cheese blend 1 serving prepared  Here's what you get: Lime  Scallion  Sour cream  Chipotle powder  Coleslaw mix  Standard wheat cast-iron seared chicken breast  Southwest spice blend  Mexican cheese blend  Flour tortilla (not used) Substitute: 1 cup Cauliflower The protein: Since the chicken was precooked all I needed to do was heat it up with the scallion whites and season it with the Southwest spice blend and a bit of salt. Extras: The cauliflower with steamed for about 10 minutes.  Sides: Once the cauliflower was finished it was mashed up and mixed with the coleslaw mix, sour cream, lime juice, scallion greens, honey, salt and pepper. The plate: I decided to turn this one into a bowl since I didn't have corn tortilla and no other substitute for the flour tortilla.  It came out pretty well this way be slightly warm islami...

Meatless meals 8

Making: Cheesy cauliflower with steamed brussel sprouts 1 serving prepared or 2 sides  Here's what I have: 11.7 oz cauliflower  0.5 oz butter  2.1 oz colby jack cheese  1.6 oz white onion  1 oz heavy cream  2.2 oz sun-dried tomato  4.6 oz brussel sprout  1 tbsp Carolina seasoning rub Preparation:  The cauliflower was first chopped roughly into smaller bits. The sun-dried tomato was chopped into smaller pieces as well. A steamer pot was prepared, once ready the cauliflower was added and a timer was set for 8 minutes.  The onions half of the butter, sun-dried tomato and the Carolina seasoning were sauteed in a separate pan.  When the timer was up the cauliflower was moved to the pan with the onion and tomato. Heavy cream and the cheese were added, the heat was set to a low setting with the lid on.  Next into the steamer basket, the brussel sprouts and a timer was set for 8 minutes. Apple sausage & veggies bowl

Making:   Apple sausage and veggies  1 serving prepared   Here's what I have:   Protein: 2 Apple sausages Vegetables: 8.9 oz Cauliflower 2.1 oz Corn 2.6 oz Sweet pepper 0.2 oz Scallion  1.1 oz Red Onion 0.2 oz Butter Salt and pepper (not pictured) Preparation: The cauliflower was steamed for 10 minutes while the rest of the meal was prepared. Once complete the cauliflower went into the bowl and was broken into smaller pieces. In a non-stick pan the butter was melted and the Red Onion, corn and sweet peppers were added. They were cooked until soft and seasoned with a bit of salt and pepper.  Once finished they were removed from the pan.  Next into the pan, the chicken sausage.  The sausage was cooked on medium-high heat until thoroughly browned. Boneless pork ribs!

Making: Country style pork ribs with cheesy cauliflower and corn. 4 servings meat / 2 servings sides prepared  Here's what I have: Protein: Boneless pork ribs (Not pictured) 24 oz Beef broth  2 oz Worcestershire sauce 1 oz Apple cider vinegar Seasoning 1:1 - 1 tbps each: Salt  Pepper  Garlic powder  Onion powder  Paprika Sides: 2 ears Corn Cauliflower  Cheese sauce  Carolina bold mustard seasoning  Butter (not pictured) Scallions (not pictured) Preparation: The ribs were placed into the instant pot along with the liquids. This was allowed to cook for 15 minutes with natural pressure release. Once they were ready to be removed from the pot they're placed on a full line sheet and slathered in barbecue sauce then broiled for about 10 minutes. The liquids were removed from the instant pot and water added in. The corn was then cooked for 2 minutes with natural pressure release. The cauliflower was made by boiling the cauliflower ...

Italian sausage!

Making: Italian sausage and tomato over steamed vegetables 1 serving prepared  Here's what I have: 5.7 oz Cauliflower 2.5 oz Red cabbage  6.1 oz Mild Italian sausage  2.7 oz Tomato  0.5 oz Parmesan  1 tsp Tuscan garlic seasoning  1 oz Veggie broth  0.1 oz Scallion  0.4 oz Shallot Preparation: The cauliflower and red cabbage or steamed while the meat was prepared. To prepare the meat the scallions was added she's a nonstick pan and cook until slightly charred. The Italian sausage was added next and cooked while breaking it up into pieces until mostly browned, the Tomato was then added to the pan. Last n was the broth and seasoning everything was cooked until the liquid was mostly reduced.  by the time the we just finished cooking the cauliflower was soft enough to be broken up. Making: Roasted cauliflower and carrots with Ginger orange sauce 1 serving or 2 sides prepared  Here's what I have: 13.9 oz Cauliflower  1.4 oz Shallot  0.5 oz Garlic  4.1 oz Carrot  1 tbsp Honey  2 tsp Orange Ginger Spice  0.2 oz Scallion  4 oz Chicken broth  0.3 oz Avocado oil  1 tbsp Tamari sauce Preparation: The small convection oven is preheated to 425 degrees. The garlic was chopped. The cauliflower was roughly chopped and put in a bowl with the carrots. The avocado oil some of the orange Ginger Spice and a bit of salt was added and everything was tossed together.  After spreading out the vegetables on a baking sheet they were placed in the oven for 20 minutes. To make the sauce the shallots were cooked in a splash of the chicken broth until soft. Next the tamari and garlic was added. This was left to cook on medium-high heat for 2 minutes before adding the rest of the broth, honey and orange ginger spice mix....

Making: Tenderloin with Apricot shallot sauce and roasted veggies  1 serving prepared  Here's what I have: 5.8 oz Pork tenderloin 7.2 oz Cauliflower 4.9 oz Brussel sprout 0.9 oz Shallot 1.2 oz Apricot jam 1 oz White wine vinegar 2 oz Chicken stock  0.3 oz Avocado oil  Pork seasoning: 1/4 tsp each   Salt Pepper Onion, powder Paprika Garlic powder Preparation: The oven is preheated to 425° The vegetables were coated in a bit of avocado oil along with some salt and pepper.  The pork tenderloin was seasoned all over with the seasoning mix and set aside. After heating up a nonstick oven safe Pan the vegetables were added on one side and the tenderloin placed on the other side. The tenderloin was browned for a total of 6 minutes before placing the pan in the oven for 15 mins.  To make the sauce, the shallots and garlic was heated up with a splash of vegetable stock until soft. Reviewing: Saucy steak burrito bowl with charred poblano, Smoky Crema, salsa Fresca & cilantro lime cauliflower 1 serving prepared  * Here's what you get: Jasmine rice Roma tomato Red onion Lime Poblano pepper Cilantro Diced steak Smokey red pepper Crema Tex-Mex paste Substitutes: Cauliflower The cauliflower: In a pot of boiling water the cauliflower was cooked for about 12 minutes on high heat then drained. Next the cauliflower was broken up and then some lime juice and cilantro were added. The salsa and Crema: The tomato and minced onion were combined with some lime juice inside. The crema was prepared by adding lime juice as well instead of water. The pepper and onion: The pepper and onion or sauteed in a pan for about 8 minutes until soft. These were then removed from the pan. The protein: Next into the pan was the steak, this was cooked until it started to brown. Tomato Basil chicken party!

Making: Tomato basil chicken dinner 1 serving prepared  Here's what I have: 6 oz Boneless skinless chicken breast  1 small bunch Basil  2 tbsp Tomato paste  4.2 oz Roma tomato  6 oz Cauliflower  0.6 oz Shallot  0.9 oz Parmesan  1 oz Heavy cream  1/4 cup Veggie broth Garlic salt Salt/Pepper  Preparation:  The cauliflower was started first by boiling water in a small saucepan and the cauliflower was left to cook on medium low heat. These will be cooking for most of the prep time for the other ingredients. At the end it will be mashed up. Half of the parmesan and some shredded! basil will be added along with a tiny bit of garlic salt to taste. While the cauliflower is cooking the chicken was cooked for 5 minutes per side. Once the chicken was finished it was placed on the plate and covered while the chunky tomato was being prepared. Reviewing: Shawarma spiced chicken with Persian salad cauliflower rice & creamy dill sauce 2 servings prepared  Here's what you get: Chicken cutlet  Yogurt  Shawarma spice blend  Garlic powder  Persian cucumber  Roma tomato  Lemon  Shallot  Dill  Sour cream  Not used: Jasmine rice  Substitute: Cauliflower  The salad:  The ingredients were prepped by: dicing the cucumber, tomato, chopping the fronds of Dill, slicing half the shallot and having the lemon. The veggies and half of the dill were combined with avocado oil and lemon juice. After mixing well they we're finished off with salt and pepper before setting aside. The protein: After patting the Chicken dry some avocado oil, garlic powder and shawarma spice were added to half of the yogurt and mixed well. The chicken was then coated in this mixture.  The chicken was then cooked in a pan for five minutes per side until done and then transfered...

Sweet chili beef bowl

Making: Sweet chili beef bowl 1 serving prepared  Here's what I have: 8.7 oz Beef round tip flat 2 tbsp Sweet chili sauce 2 tbsp Tamari 4.4 oz Carrot 2.3 oz Yellow onion 2.3 oz Red bell pepper 5.8 oz Cauliflower 1 small Scallion 1 tsp Avocado oil  Preparation: The beef was marinated in the chili sauce and tamari for a few hours before cooking. I got a pot for steaming the cauliflower and carrots ready by boiling some water. Once the water was boiling I put the veggies in the steamer basket and put the lid on. Next in a non-stick pan (medium-high heat) I the onion and bell pepper and avocado oil and once it was mostly done set it to the side. Next into the pan was the beef mix and this was cooked until mostly done and the veggies were added back to it to finish cooking. Total time was 15 minutes.  By the time the beef and veggie mix was finished cooking the veggies were done steaming. I removed the cauliflower from the basket and broke it up with a potato ...

Reviewing: Sweet chili pork bowl with bell pepper and peanuts 1 serving prepared  Here's what you get: Bell pepper  Yellow onion  Cilantro  Lime  Peanut  Ground pork  Sweet Thai chili sauce  Not used: Sweet soy glaze  Jasmine rice  Substitutes: Honey/Tamari  Cauliflower The peanuts: These are cooked using water and a little bit of sugar for the instructions until all of the liquid was dissolved in the pan. Once this was finished the peanuts were set to the side while I prepare the rest of the meal. The onions and peppers: These were cooked with a small bit of butter until the onions were going clear and everything had a nice color to it. This took around 8 minutes to complete. The protein: After the vegetables were done I have removed them to separate Bowl and began browning the ground pork. Making: Quinoa and veggies  1 serving prepared   Here's what I have: 1 cup Veggie broth  1/2 cup Quinoa  1/4 cup Parsley chopped  2 cups Cauliflower  1 cup Red cabbage  1/2 cup Sugar snap peas  1 tbsp Tones Tuscan garlic seasoning blend Not pictured: 1 tsp butter  Preperation: The kid who I was prepared first after boiling the broth. I put the quinoa in along with the butter and brought to a boil then cooked for 15 minutes simmering.  After the 15 minutes the Tuscan garlic seasoning and parsley were added and well mixed in. This was set to the side to finish absorbing the rest of the liquid while I got the vegetables ready for steaming. Using a steamer basket and about 3 cups of water brought to a boil the veggies were placed in the basket. These were steamed at high heat for 10 minutes before plating. Any additional salt,  oil or seasoning can be added at this point. The plate: This was a fast meatless meal ...

Summer Jam: Creole mustard chicken dish

Making: Creole mustard chicken with cauliflower and homemade pickles. 1 serving prepared  Here's what I have: 1 tbsp Creole mustard seasoning  1 tsp condensed chicken stock  1.5 cups Cauliflower  4.2 oz Chicken breast  1/4 cup Homemade pickles 1 tbsp butter  Not pictured: 1oz vegetable broth  Preperation: In a small stainless steel pot I warmed up half of the butter and seasoning along with 1 oz vegetable broth. The cauliflower was added and the heat turned up. Occasionally I would stir the cauliflower while the chicken was cooking to distribute the seasoning. Next, after heating up the cast iron pan I added the other half of butter and the chicken cooked until mostly done and then added the rest of the seasoning and the stock concentrate. This was cooked until done. Since the chicken pieces were small this didn't take long.  I put 1/4 cup of pickled veggies into a ramekin. The plate! This one was a super quick ...
