Icecream social 2024

Making:  Acai berry icecream  How it started! How its going Made: (31.1 ounces total by weight) Here's what I have: 1 tbsp vanilla extract 2/3 cup sugar  16 oz half and half  8 oz heavy whipping cream 6 large egg yolks  1/8 tsp salt  1 Oz Acai powder  Preparation:  The ice cream bowl attachment I'm using was placed in the freezer 2 days prior to making this batch. The liquids for the ice cream were prepared the day before so they could cool in the refrigerator overnight. You will need a pan big enough to hold the liquids and sugar. To churn the ice cream I will be using the KitchenAid Ice Cream bowl accessory. In a separate heat resistant Bowl combine the egg yolks salt and acai powder. Mix  until fully combined and set aside. On the stove combine your half and half and heavy cream along with the sugar. Breakfast in a wrap

Making: Sweetpotato wrap breakfast burrito  1 serving prepared  Here's what I have: Colby jack cheese Eggs Maple sausage  Pepper Scallions  Sourcream White onion GF Sweet potato wrap Preparation:  Everything was lightly seasoned with salt and pepper. The onion pepper were sauteed first until soft and then removed from the pan and set aside. The Eggs were scrambled in the same pan as the sausage. Once these were finished cooking sour cream was right on to the rap and the items were added with the egg going first, followed by the sausage and the onion pepper mix. Last it was topped with cheese and scallion.  The fruit was cut up into a small Ramekin. The plate! - Kris 

Cookie experiment

Making: Playing around with gluten-free sugar cookie mix to make chocolate cookies. Here's what I have: Immaculate honestly delicious Gluten-free sugar cookie mix  2 eggs  1 pack Cream cheese  1 stick Butter  1/4 cup Hershey's chocolate powder  10 Dove dark chocolate candies, chopped 1/4 cup Walnut  1 tbsp Vanilla *The butter, cream cheese and egg were all at room temp before starting. First I put the candy and walnuts in a food processor and chopped it all up to make a crumbly mixture. For the rest I used a hand mixer and spatula. Next the cream cheese, butter and eggs were mixed until blended, the tbsp of vanilla was then added. The chocolate powder and cookie mix were added until a thick whipped batter was formed. Last the chocolate/walnut crumble was mixed in using a spatula until well blended. To bake I used a small convection oven at 350 degrees non convection. Bake for 10 mins. The cookies! ...
