Dijon honey mustard pork salad

Making: Dijon honey mustard pork salad  1 serving prepared  Here's what I have: 12 oz Pork cutlet  2 oz Coleslaw mix  6 oz Apple  1 tsp Honey  1 tbsp Dijon mustard  1 tbsp Sour cream  1 tsp Carolina mustard seasoning  salt pepper (to taste) Preparation: The Apple was prepared by cutting into quarters. One half was chopped into small bits the second half was cut into slices. The coleslaw was prepared by mixing the small chopped bits of Apple and slaw mix with honey, Dijon mustard, Carolina seasoning and sour cream, tossing until well-mixed. After seasoning the pork cutlet with salt and pepper they were cooked in a cast iron pan for 3 minutes per side before setting aside to rest for 3 minutes. Before plating these would be cut into strips. To Plate, the coleslaw mix was added to a bowl and the apple slices were arranged on top followed by the pork cutlets. The plate! - Kris

Pork Bulgogi!

Pork Bulgogi  Serves 1 My first attempt to make bulgogi with a limited amount of ingredients. Day 1 Here's what I have: * Marinade 1/4 cup tamari  2 tbsp brown sugar  2 tbsp sesame oil  3 cloves of garlic - pressed  1 tbsp Ginger 1 tsp red pepper flakes  1/4 tsp pepper  6 oz pork loin Frozen for 45 minutes and thinly sliced. Try it out: Hellofresh 2

Reviewing: Balsamic Pork with roasted green beans and rosemary potatoes. Serves 2 Here's what you get: Shallot  Yukon Gold potatoes  Green beans  Chicken stock concentrate  Rosemary  Pork tenderloin  Fig Jam  Balsamic vinegar This recipe is largely oven based which is nice if you have a day where you need to multitask. Like the first recipe from this box ingredients were pre-prepped and only one serving was prepared for this recipe. You can find the original recipe on the Hellofresh website. The potatoes:  While all of the potatoes were cut right out of the box I only used about a cup for tonight's dinner. Cooking is fairly easy you just pre-heat your oven,  get them prepared and put them in for the allotted time. I prepped and cooked the potatoes with a bit of shallots until mostly done in a cast iron skillet and removed them to continue on to the next step. *The rest of the prepped potatoes are refrigerated in water to be used ...
