Reviewing: Pork chops with zesty green onion salsa, green beans & cauliflower. 2 servings prepared  Here's what you get: Roma tomato Garlic  Scallion  Jasmine rice (not used) Pork chop  Lime  Black bean (not used) Southwest spice blend  Chicken stock concentrate  Sour cream Substitutes: Green bean  Cauliflower  The salsa: To make the salsa the scallions and Southwest spice were added to two tablespoons of avocado oil. A pinch of garlic and cast of juice from the lime we're also added. This was then salted and peppered to taste.  The cauliflower: The cauliflower with steamed for 15 minutes before mashing up to make a rice substitute.  Chicken stock concentrate, lime zest, tomato and lime juice where added. Reviewing: Rosemary demi-glace pork chops with mashed potatoes & roasted veggies 2 servings prepared   Here's what you get: Carrot  Yukon Gold potato  Rosemary  Sour cream  Red Onion  Pork chop  Chicken demi-glace The roasted veggies: I used avocado oil for the veggies and added a bit of salt and pepper before putting it in the oven 425 degrees for 30 minutes The potatoes: The potatoes were boiled for 20 minutes in unsalsalted water before draining. In addition to the sour cream and butter I added the remaining chopped Rosemary. The sauce: The sauce was prepared before the meat was cooked so that it would it be ready as soon as the dish was ready to plate. All this takes is adding soome minced onion and chopped Rosemary to the demi-glace along with a quarter cup of water in one tablespoon of butter. Total cook time was 8 mins. Porkchop with balsamic onion shallot mix, green beans & sweet potato

Making: Porkchop with balsamic onions,  green beans & sweet potato 1 serving prepared  Here's what I have: 4 oz Pork chop  1 medium sized Sweet potato  1.5 oz Balsamic vinegar  Steak seasoning  1/4 cup White onion  1 small Shallot  1/2 cup Green Bean  1 tbsp Bacon butter Preparation: After preheating the oven to 425 I rolled sweet potatoes in avocado oil and a little bit of salt. These went in for 25 minutes. The pork chop is prepared by coating in steak spice and a little bit of salt. About 10 minutes into the potatoes being in the oven I started the green beans by heating up a nonstick pan using a small portion of the bacon butterand steak spice to cook them. After the green beans were done the pork chop was cooked (high heat) with a dab of bacon butter in the same pan for 4 minutes each side and set to rest. Reviewing: Steakhouse pork chops with a creamy shallot pan sauce & Lemony green beans 1 serving prepared  Here's what you get: Yukon Gold potato  Lemon  Pork chop  Beef stock concentrate  Shallot  Sour cream  Bold and savory steak spice  Green beans The potatoes: As usual these are and easy prep and cook so they were started first and the rest of the meal was prepared while they were boiling. No salt was added during cooking. The protein: The only thing you have to do here is coated with the seasoning and then pan-fry it. Cook time was 10 minutes with a five minute rest period. The green beans: These were steamed (8 mins) and instead of adding butter, sat and pepper during the finishing portion I mixed it with lemon juice and zest. The sauce: Preparing the sauce is very similar to doing the balsamic sauces. Instead of vinegar you add the sour cream after reducing. The plate: Because I didn't add any salt to the pot...

Reviewing: Brown sugar bourbon pork chops with Apple Pan sauce scallion mashed potatoes and roasted brussel sprouts 1 serving prepared  Here's what you get: Yukon Gold potato - 1/2 cup Brussel sprouts Apple Scallion Pork chop - 6 oz McCormick Grill mates brown sugar bourbon seasoning Chicken stock concentrate Sour cream  The not Brussel sprous: These were roasted in the oven for 25 minuets at 425 after drizzling with oil, salt and pepper. Aaand they burned in 15 mins I should have adjusted cook time because these were really tiny. I replaced them with sugar snap peas. These were cooked in the same pan after the pork chop and sauce was done. Total cook time for the peas was around 6 minutes. The protein: This is a two part process cooking 12 minuets total and removing from the pan before adding again once the sauce is finished.  The potatoes: I cooked a half cup of diced potatoes because it's a smaller amount this takes less time to complete.
