Making: Cheesy cauliflower with steamed brussel sprouts 1 serving prepared or 2 sides  Here's what I have: 11.7 oz cauliflower  0.5 oz butter  2.1 oz colby jack cheese  1.6 oz white onion  1 oz heavy cream  2.2 oz sun-dried tomato  4.6 oz brussel sprout  1 tbsp Carolina seasoning rub Preparation:  The cauliflower was first chopped roughly into smaller bits. The sun-dried tomato was chopped into smaller pieces as well. A steamer pot was prepared, once ready the cauliflower was added and a timer was set for 8 minutes.  The onions half of the butter, sun-dried tomato and the Carolina seasoning were sauteed in a separate pan.  When the timer was up the cauliflower was moved to the pan with the onion and tomato. Steak with maple Dijon sauce, brussel sprouts and carrots

Making: Steak with maple Dijon sauce, brussel sprouts and carrots  2 servings prepared   Here's what I have: 16.5 oz New York strip steak  1 tbsp Maple syrup  2 tsp Dijon mustard  1 tsp Onion flakes  1/4 tsp Paprika  6.1 oz Carrot  7.9 oz Brussel sprout   0.2 oz Avocado oil   2 oz Water 1 tbsp scallion    Steak seasoning: 1/2 tbsp each   Salt  Pepper  Garlic powder  Onion powder  Paprika Preparation: Everything in this meal was prepared using a propane grill, aluminum foil bread form, aluminum foil covering and cast iron skillet for the steaks. The vegetables were prepared by combining the avocado oil, salt and pepper. The vegetables were mix until well coated with oil and seasoning. They were then placed into the bread form along with 2 oz water and covered with aluminum foil. Once the grill was hot these were placed on the grill and would cook for 15 minutes total. Reviewing: Brown sugar bourbon steak with creamy Dijon pan sauce, scallion mashed potatoes and roasted brussel sprouts 1 serving prepared  Here's what you get: Yukon Gold potatoes  Scallion  Brussel sprouts  Sour cream  Ranch steak  Beef stock concentrate  Dijon mustard  McCormick Grill mates brown sugar bourbon seasoning The potatoes: After boiling a pot of water the potatoes were cooked for about 20 minutes. These would be finished off with half of the sour cream and half a tablespoon of butter before adding half the scallion greens. The protein: After seasoning the steak with the McCormick Grill make brown sugar bourbon seasoning a drizzle oil is heated up in a non-stick pan. The steaks were cooked for 4 minutes per side. Reviewing: Beef bulgogi meatballs with roasted carrots Ginger rice and Sriracha Crema Here's what you get: Carrot  Scallion  Ginger  Ground beef  Sriracha  Sesame seed  Sour cream  Not used: Bulgogi sauce  Panko bread crumb  Jasmine rice  Substitutes:  Avocado oil  Brussel sprouts The vegetables: The oven was preheated to 425 degrees  Instead of making a jasmine rice I decided to add some brussel sprouts. The brussel sprouts and carrots were tossed with the scallion whites, avocado oil, sesame seeds and minced ginger. These were roasted for 25 minutes. The protein: The meatballs were prepped earlier the day using the bulgogi sauce recipe I came up with. Reviewing: Brown sugar bourbon pork chops with Apple Pan sauce scallion mashed potatoes and roasted brussel sprouts 1 serving prepared  Here's what you get: Yukon Gold potato - 1/2 cup Brussel sprouts Apple Scallion Pork chop - 6 oz McCormick Grill mates brown sugar bourbon seasoning Chicken stock concentrate Sour cream  The not Brussel sprous: These were roasted in the oven for 25 minuets at 425 after drizzling with oil, salt and pepper. Aaand they burned in 15 mins I should have adjusted cook time because these were really tiny. I replaced them with sugar snap peas. These were cooked in the same pan after the pork chop and sauce was done. Total cook time for the peas was around 6 minutes. The protein: This is a two part process cooking 12 minuets total and removing from the pan before adding again once the sauce is finished.  The potatoes: I cooked a half cup of diced potatoes because it's a smaller amount this takes less time to complete.
