Breakfast in a wrap

Making: Sweetpotato wrap breakfast burrito  1 serving prepared  Here's what I have: Colby jack cheese Eggs Maple sausage  Pepper Scallions  Sourcream White onion GF Sweet potato wrap Preparation:  Everything was lightly seasoned with salt and pepper. The onion pepper were sauteed first until soft and then removed from the pan and set aside. The Eggs were scrambled in the same pan as the sausage. Once these were finished cooking sour cream was right on to the rap and the items were added with the egg going first, followed by the sausage and the onion pepper mix. Last it was topped with cheese and scallion.  The fruit was cut up into a small Ramekin. The plate! - Kris

Making: Cheesy potato zucchini skillet 1 serving prepared  Here's what I have: 4.8 oz yellow zucchini 0.6 Oz scallion  4.5 oz of Russet potato  1 oz Colby jack cheese  1.2 Oz red pepper  1 ounce sour cream  1 tbsp Butter  1 tbsp Carolina bold and tangy season  Preparation:  A potatoes were boiled for 4 minutes first and then drained.  The zucchini, butter,  seasoning, scallions and pepper were mixed together with the potatoes. The skillet was warmed on the stovetop before adding the potato mix. This was topped with the cheese and placed in the oven for 12 minutes.  After baking the cheese was broiled until browned.   After removing from the oven the skillet was topped with sourcream and more scallions.  The plate! - Kris

Making: Cheesy cauliflower with steamed brussel sprouts 1 serving prepared or 2 sides  Here's what I have: 11.7 oz cauliflower  0.5 oz butter  2.1 oz colby jack cheese  1.6 oz white onion  1 oz heavy cream  2.2 oz sun-dried tomato  4.6 oz brussel sprout  1 tbsp Carolina seasoning rub Preparation:  The cauliflower was first chopped roughly into smaller bits. The sun-dried tomato was chopped into smaller pieces as well. A steamer pot was prepared, once ready the cauliflower was added and a timer was set for 8 minutes.  The onions half of the butter, sun-dried tomato and the Carolina seasoning were sauteed in a separate pan.  When the timer was up the cauliflower was moved to the pan with the onion and tomato. Heavy cream and the cheese were added, the heat was set to a low setting with the lid on.  Next into the steamer basket, the brussel sprouts and a timer was set for 8 minutes.
