Cheese flat bread gluten-free

Making: Today I am going to experiment with making gluten-free cheese flat breads using Bobs Red Mill paleo flour. Prep time: 30 minutes  Bake temp and time: 350 for 10 minutes  Here's what I have: 1 cup Paleo flour  3 tbsp Coconut flour  2 tsp Xanthan gum  1/4 tsp Kosher salt  2 tsp Apple cider vinegar  1 Egg  3 tsp Water  1/4 cup Extra sharp cheddar cheese  1 tsp Bacon butter  2 tsp Garlic bread spice blend Not pictured: 1 tbsp Heavy whipping cream  Preparation: The dry ingredients were all mixed together in a separate bowl including one teaspoon of the garlic bread spice blend.  The wet ingredients were all mixed well after this in a separate large mixing bowl and in the dry ingredients for added bit by bit until well Incorporated. Keto taco boats

Making: Gluten-free/keto taco boats Original recipe:  Here Here's what I have: Almond flour Coconut flour Xantham gum Baking powder  Kosher salt  Apple cider vinegar  Egg Water Preparation: Preheat oven to 375. I mixed the wet ingredients in a tall Tupperware bowl and the dry ingredients in the square bowl until they were well mixed.  Once done I began adding the dry mix to the wet mixture bowl stirring with a butter knife until the dough formed. Per instructions in the original recipe I wrapped the wet mix in saran to rest for 15 mins. Once the dough finished resting I cut it into 4 pieces and flattened the sections.  There's were draped over a popover pan. These were baked in the oven for 10 minutes because I made the tortillas thick. Breakfast at dinner time

Making: Breakfast for dinner! Here's what I have: 3 strips Bacon  2 Eggs (3rd not used) 1 tbsp Butter cut in half  1 tbsp Heavy cream  1/4 cup Carrot  1/4 cup Potato  1 tbsp Sweetie pepper  1 tbsp Chives  Not pictured: mozzarella cheese  Salt  Pepper  Paprika  Garlic powder  Onion powder Preperation: I preheat the oven to 375 on convection setting. Next the bacon was put on a v rack to cook and set aside. Next 2 of the eggs, the heavy cream, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic, and onion powder together in a bowl. Combine well. One Ramekin was greased and the mixture was put into the Ramekin and topped with some chives. This went into the oven first. Halfway through cooking the eggs I sprinkled a little mozzarella and dropped four sweetie Peppers into the middle of the egg cup. Chēbē dough! Starting a pizza party

Today I'm playing with Chēbē cheese bread mix, one half will be turned into pizza dough today. Here's what I have: 1 box  cheese bread mix 2 tbsp Arrowroot flour  2 Eggs 2 tbsp Butter  4 tbsp Heavy cream water mix To make the dough I combine the Chēbē and arrowroot. Next the egg & heavy creme/water are mixed together in the bowl. Once these are well mixed I add in the flour mixture and mix until it has a crumble consistency. Next the butter goes into the bowl and then mixed until completely combined dough ball is formed. The dough is cut in half. Pizza additions: 1 tbsp Rosemary garlic spice  2 tbsp Almond flour  2 tbsp Parmesan I broke the dough half into smaller pieces and mixed the spice and almond flour into the dough.
