Pork shoulder party!

Making: Pork shoulder steak with red onion sauce, roasted red skin potatoes & sugar snap peas 2 servings prepared  Here's what I have: Vegetables: 24.1 oz Red skin potato  1 tsp Baking soda  1 tsp Salt  1 tsp Pepper  1 tbsp Garlic paste  15 oz Sugar snap peas  0.3 oz Butter  Salt/Pepper - to taste  Protein: 48.6 oz Pork shoulder 6.9 oz Red Onion  16 oz Beef broth  2 oz Worcestershire sauce  2 tbsp Brown sugar  Preparation:  The redskin potatoes were boiled first for 15 minutes and baking soda and salt. Next they were drained and the garlic paste salt and pepper were added. These were then placed in a oven on convection setting at 325 degrees for 15 minutes. Is it even chili?

Making: Chilli? Taking leftover hellofresh items and making chili with roasted potatoes.  2 servings of chili prepared 1 serving of potatoes prepared  Here's what I have: 8.5 oz Diced tomato 13.4 oz Black bean 7.6 oz Yellow onion 1.5 oz Tomato paste 1 tbps Beef stock concentrate (not pictured) 1 tbsp Garlic paste 6.9 oz Yukon Gold potato 0.4 oz Avocado oil 1 oz Sharp cheddar cheese 2 tbsp Scallion 1 tbsp Sour cream  Mexican spice blend (not used) Southwest spice blend Preparation: The oven was preheated to 425 degrees and the cheese and scallion were held to the side. To start the potatoes I tossed half of the avocado oil, some of the Southwest spice and a bit of salt. These went into the oven for 30 minutes. Meatless meals 4

Making: Veggie bowl with sun-dried tomato and Parmesan 1 serving prepared  Here's what I have: 3 cups Kale 1.5 cups Potato 1/4 cup Baby corn 1 Shallot  2 tbsp Sun dried tomatoes 1 tsp Chicken stock concentrate 1/2 tsp Garlic paste Not pictured: 2 oz Vegetable stock 1 oz Parmesan cheese 1/2 tsp Bacon butter Preparation: Using a hot non-stick pan I melted the bacon butter and add the potatoes. The potatoes were rolled in the butter to make sure they were well coated and the heat turn to medium. The light was placed on the pan and the potatoes allowed to cook for 10 minutes. After they've been cooking for 10 minutes I return the heat too high and added the shallot, stock concentrate and garlic. These are cooked until the shallots were going clear. Next I added 1 oz of vegetable stock and sun-dried tomato. These were cooked until the liquids were reduced and the potatoes are able to be poked easily with a fork. Sloppy-ish joe cups

Making: Sloppy joe cups and veggies  1 serving prepared Here's what I have: For the sloppy joe mix 1 tsp: Tomato paste  Garlic paste  1/4 tsp: Mustard powder  Brown sugar  Chili powder To taste: Salt  Pepper  3 tbsp Veggie broth  1 tsp Worcestershire sauce  5 oz Ground pork  1/8 cup White onion 1 whole Scallion separate green/white  The veggies: 1/4 cup Sugar snap pea  1/2 cup Carrot Not pictured: Bacon butter  Monterey Jack cheese Preparation: To start I got some water boiling so I could steam the veggies. As soon as the water was boiling I put the carrots in the steamer basket. The sugar snap peas went on in the last 3 minutes of cooking so they wouldn't be overdone. Shrimp Cilantro Lime Time

Making: Cilantro lime shrimp salad  1 serving prepared Here's what I have: 11 oz Shrimp  2 cups Mixed salad greens  1/4 cup Cucumber  1 dmall Roma tomato diced 2 tbsp Cilantro  Salt  Pepper  1 tsp Honey  1 tsp Garlic paste  1 Lime  1/4 cup Shallot Preparation: The tomato, cucumber, half of the shallots and Cilantro were combined with the juice from half of the lime and a little bit of salt and pepper. I set them aside starring them occasionally while preparing the shrimp. In a non-stick pan I cooked the shrimp for about 2 minutes. At this point I added the rest of the shallot, cilantro, juice from the other lime half, the honey and Ginger. The rest of the salt and pepper was added last. This was mixed well and heat turned down low to finish cooking. Total time 8 minutes.  To Plate, the salad greens were put into the bowl first followed by the tomato cucumber mix and in the shrimp. Making: Pork and sweet potato bowl with kiwi salsa 1 serving prepared   Here's what I have: 4 oz Ground pork  3 Button Mushrooms sliced 2 tbsp White onion  1 Kiwi  1 Roma tomato  3 oz Sweet potato  2 tbsp Cilantro 1 Lime  1 tbsp Chicken stock concentrate  1 tbsp Garlic paste  1/4 tsp Paprika Preparation:  The oven was preheat it to 400 and after tossing the sweet potatoes with a little bit of olive oil they went in for 25 minutes. The salsa was prepared next by combining some of the onion with the kiwi, Cilantro, tomato. The line was Juiced and poured over then salt and pepper were added to taste. In a non-stick pan the ground pork remaining onion and mushroom were cooked for 5 minutes adding the stock mix last and set to simmer for 10 minutes. During plating I added some sour cream and more Cilantro.  The plate! - Kris
