Italian sausage!

Making: Italian sausage and tomato over steamed vegetables 1 serving prepared  Here's what I have: 5.7 oz Cauliflower 2.5 oz Red cabbage  6.1 oz Mild Italian sausage  2.7 oz Tomato  0.5 oz Parmesan  1 tsp Tuscan garlic seasoning  1 oz Veggie broth  0.1 oz Scallion  0.4 oz Shallot Preparation: The cauliflower and red cabbage or steamed while the meat was prepared. To prepare the meat the scallions was added she's a nonstick pan and cook until slightly charred. The Italian sausage was added next and cooked while breaking it up into pieces until mostly browned, the Tomato was then added to the pan. Last n was the broth and seasoning everything was cooked until the liquid was mostly reduced.  by the time the we just finished cooking the cauliflower was soft enough to be broken up. Tomato Basil chicken party!

Making: Tomato basil chicken dinner 1 serving prepared  Here's what I have: 6 oz Boneless skinless chicken breast  1 small bunch Basil  2 tbsp Tomato paste  4.2 oz Roma tomato  6 oz Cauliflower  0.6 oz Shallot  0.9 oz Parmesan  1 oz Heavy cream  1/4 cup Veggie broth Garlic salt Salt/Pepper  Preparation:  The cauliflower was started first by boiling water in a small saucepan and the cauliflower was left to cook on medium low heat. These will be cooking for most of the prep time for the other ingredients. At the end it will be mashed up. Half of the parmesan and some shredded! basil will be added along with a tiny bit of garlic salt to taste. While the cauliflower is cooking the chicken was cooked for 5 minutes per side. Spicy beef over roasted sweet potato & asparagus

Making: Spicy beef over roasted sweet potato & asparagus 1 serving prepared  Here's what I have: 4.2 oz Sirloin tip  4.5 oz Sweet potato  3.7 oz Onion  2.7 oz Asparagus  1 tsp Honey  1 tsp Sriracha  1 tsp Ginger paste  2 tsp Tamari  1 oz Veggie broth  1/2 tbsp Avocado oil Preparation: The small convection was preheated to 425 degrees.  The sweet potatoes and asparagus were tossed into avocado oil and salt and pepper was at it before adding them to the oven to roast for 25 minutes. When the potato asparagus mixed got to the 10-minute Mark I started on the beef. In a non-stick pan (medium-high heat) The Onion was added in browned and then the beef with the added and cooked fully before adding the sriracha mix. This was mixed thoroughly with the beef, the veggie broth was added, the lid put on the pot and the heat turned to simmer. Making: Hamburger with parmesan, caramelized onion, parsley potatoes & green beans  1 serving prepared  Here's what I have: 6.9 oz Potatoes  5 oz Ground beef  1.5 oz Parsley  0.7 oz Butter  3.1 oz Green bean  3.2 oz Onion  O.3 oz Beef bullion  O.7 oz Parmesan 1 oz Veggie broth (not pictured)   Preparation: To start I got a pot of water hot so I could boil the potatoes. These were set on a timer for 15 minutes. Once the timer is up I just let the potatoes sit in the water while I prepared the onions. After the potatoes were done boiling I start at the onion mix by putting a bit of the butter in a hot pan along with the onions. The onions were cooked until slightly Brown and then the veggie broth and bullion were added. Everything was cooked together until the liquid was reduced. Sloppy-ish joe cups

Making: Sloppy joe cups and veggies  1 serving prepared Here's what I have: For the sloppy joe mix 1 tsp: Tomato paste  Garlic paste  1/4 tsp: Mustard powder  Brown sugar  Chili powder To taste: Salt  Pepper  3 tbsp Veggie broth  1 tsp Worcestershire sauce  5 oz Ground pork  1/8 cup White onion 1 whole Scallion separate green/white  The veggies: 1/4 cup Sugar snap pea  1/2 cup Carrot Not pictured: Bacon butter  Monterey Jack cheese Preparation: To start I got some water boiling so I could steam the veggies. As soon as the water was boiling I put the carrots in the steamer basket. The sugar snap peas went on in the last 3 minutes of cooking so they wouldn't be overdone. While that was going I got a non-stick pan hot and added a little bit of bacon butter to cook the onion and scallion whites.  Once the white onion for beginning to go clear I added the ground pork and cooked everything mixing the meat a...

Vege-Sal Magic dinner

Making:  Chicken and veggies dinner with quinoa  1 serving prepared   Here's what I have:   6 oz Chicken  1/4 cup Beets  1/4 cup Green bean  1/2 cup Onion  1/2 cup Mushroom  1/4 cup Quinoa  1 tsp Butter  1 cup Veggie broth  Spike brand Gourmet natural seasoning Preparation: After bringing 3/4 cup veggie broth to a boil I added half the butter and the quinoa. The pot was in brought to a boil again and then turn down to low and the quinoa was allowed to cook for 20 minutes. The bèets were put into a small metal bowl and placed in the same pot to steam.  In a separate pan I melted the rest of the butter and added the onions. These were cooked until they were clear, then I added the chicken. The mix continued to cook for about four minutes before adding the rest of the broth to this pan along with 1 teaspoon of seasoning and the green beans. Total cook time after adding the chicken was 12 minutes.  The pl...

Meatless meals 2

Making: Quinoa and veggies  1 serving prepared   Here's what I have: 1 cup Veggie broth  1/2 cup Quinoa  1/4 cup Parsley chopped  2 cups Cauliflower  1 cup Red cabbage  1/2 cup Sugar snap peas  1 tbsp Tones Tuscan garlic seasoning blend Not pictured: 1 tsp butter  Preperation: The kid who I was prepared first after boiling the broth. I put the quinoa in along with the butter and brought to a boil then cooked for 15 minutes simmering.  After the 15 minutes the Tuscan garlic seasoning and parsley were added and well mixed in. This was set to the side to finish absorbing the rest of the liquid while I got the vegetables ready for steaming. Using a steamer basket and about 3 cups of water brought to a boil the veggies were placed in the basket. These were steamed at high heat for 10 minutes before plating.
