Dijon honey mustard pork salad

Making: Dijon honey mustard pork salad  1 serving prepared  Here's what I have: 12 oz Pork cutlet  2 oz Coleslaw mix  6 oz Apple  1 tsp Honey  1 tbsp Dijon mustard  1 tbsp Sour cream  1 tsp Carolina mustard seasoning  salt pepper (to taste) Preparation: The Apple was prepared by cutting into quarters. One half was chopped into small bits the second half was cut into slices. The coleslaw was prepared by mixing the small chopped bits of Apple and slaw mix with honey, Dijon mustard, Carolina seasoning and sour cream, tossing until well-mixed. After seasoning the pork cutlet with salt and pepper they were cooked in a cast iron pan for 3 minutes per side before setting aside to rest for 3 minutes. Before plating these would be cut into strips. To Plate, the coleslaw mix was added to a bowl and the apple slices were arranged on top followed by the pork cutlets. The plate! - Kris

Making: Apple pork Burger with bacon and a side of vegetables. 1 serving prepared  Here's what I have: 1.5 cups Broccoli  1/4 cup Carrot  1/4 of an Apple sliced 1/4 cup White onion  1 tsp Worcestershire sauce  Spices about 1/4 tsp each  Paprika  Garlic powder  Onion powder  Brown sugar  Salt  Pepper  5 oz Ground pork  3 strips Bacon Not pictured: 1 slice Mozzarella cheese  Mesquite BBQ sauce Preparation: The patty:  To make the burger mix I combined some apple onions along with a Worcestershire sauce and spices in a food processor and bllended them well.  This mixture is combined with the meat until well mixed. And then set aside. Next I began to boil some water and got a non-stick pan ready to cook the bacon.  Veggies and toppings: Once the pan was hot I put the bacon in for about a minute and a half per side and then put them on a paper towel to dry.  Half of the rendered Bacon F...

Reviewing: Creamy chive chicken with lemony rice and Dijon apple salad 1 serving prepared   Here's what you get: Apple  Lemon  Mustard  Chicken stock concentrate  Mixed greens  Chives  Chicken cutlet  Sour cream  Jasmine rice (not used) Additions: Cherry tomato  Cucumber The protein: After seasoning the chicken I cooked at 5 minutes per side (non-stickpan) and then set aside to rest for 3 minutes. The sauce: I prepared this before the chicken all it took was adding the stock concentrate, mustard, vegetable stock, lemon juice, sour cream, and chives in a pan and reducing. I did not add any additional salt during this process. The salad: I actually received a bigger bag of salad with this kit so I didn't use the rice and went all salad instead, adding some cucumbers and cherry tomatoes. Reviewing: Brown sugar bourbon pork chops with Apple Pan sauce scallion mashed potatoes and roasted brussel sprouts 1 serving prepared  Here's what you get: Yukon Gold potato - 1/2 cup Brussel sprouts Apple Scallion Pork chop - 6 oz McCormick Grill mates brown sugar bourbon seasoning Chicken stock concentrate Sour cream  The not Brussel sprous: These were roasted in the oven for 25 minuets at 425 after drizzling with oil, salt and pepper. Aaand they burned in 15 mins I should have adjusted cook time because these were really tiny. I replaced them with sugar snap peas. These were cooked in the same pan after the pork chop and sauce was done. Total cook time for the peas was around 6 minutes. The protein: This is a two part process cooking 12 minuets total and removing from the pan before adding again once the sauce is finished.  The potatoes: I cooked a half cup of diced potatoes because it's a smaller amount this takes less time to complete. Apple bacon bbq burgers!

Making: Apple bacon bbq cheeseburger! With potatoes and homemade pickles. 1 Serving prepared Here's what I have: The patties: 5 oz Beef 5 oz Pork 1/2 red apple peeled/grated 1 tbsp Onion flakes  1 tsp Beef stock concentrate  Pepper Paprika  Toppings: 2 strips cooked Bacon sliced 1/8 cup whote onion  1.5 oz bbq sauce (HF leftover) 1/4 cup Sharp cheddar cheese  The sides: Homemade pickles  Yukon gold potatoes wedged  Fry seasoning with salt Olive oil (not pictured) Preperation: To start I took the raw meat from making half of my hello fresh meals and combine them until well mixed. Add the rest of the burger ingredients and mix again until well incorporated, set aside. The oven was preheated to 375° and then I tossed the potatoes in olive oil and coated in the fry seasoning. Reviewing: BBQ pork & apple meatloaf with garlic mashed potatoes & roasted green beans Here's what you get: Classic BBQ sauce  Fry seasoning  Apple  Yukon Gold potato  Ground pork  Ancho chili powder  Green beans  Sour cream  Garlic  Not pictured: Panko bread crumbs (not used) Parsley Parmesan  The potatoes: This was easy, just boil and complete as the recipe directs. I added some chopped curled parsley to mine. The protein: 5 oz of the ground pork and half of the apple was used. There's a tip on the back of the card about using cheesecloth to get the extra moisture out of the Apple. I used a small sugar duster and pressed with a spoon, pictured below. Other than this change the meatloaf prep went smoothly. To eliminate gluten product I omitted the Panko crumbs and substituted 1 tbsp parmesan. Total cook time was 25 mins.
