22 oz bone-in chicken leg
3 tablespoons brown sugar bourbon seasoning
1 tbsp olive oil
6.8 Oz white onion
4.1 Oz scallion
1.5 Oz sweet pepper
1 oz Monterey Jack cheese
2 oz BBQ sauce
1 tbsp garlic paste

Preheat oven to 425 degrees, total cook time 32 minutes.

The chicken was rubbed with olive oil, seasoned both on top and underneath the skin. A pile if onion was also added underneath the skin, these were added to a baking sheet and placed in the oven, a timer was set for 32 minutes.
The potatoes were rolled in garlic paste, a tsp of bbq sauce, scallion whites and seasoned with salt and pepper. 12 minutes into cook time the potatoes were added to the chicken pan. When the beans were added to the oven the potatoes were topped with cheese.
The greenbeans, sweetie peppers and white onion were mixed together and seasoned with salt and pepper. These were added to the pan last once the potatoes had cooked for 10 mins.
