1 Peach (sliced thin)
1 jar peach Bellini fruit spread (5.6 oz jar)
Split:
1 oz for syrup + 1tbsp water, 1 tsp butter
2 oz for batter
2.6 oz for cream glaze
11oz gluten-free Yellow cake mix
1/4 cup + 1 tbsp Butter melted
2 eggs
1/3 cup milk
6 oz cream cheese softened
2 oz heavy cream
2.6 fruit spread
1/2 tsp vanilla
Preparation:
The oven was preheated to 350 degrees.

The cake:
In the stand mixer the wet ingredients were mixed until smooth. The cake mix was added in parts.
The cake pan was prepped by greasing and adding layer of peach slices to the bottom. The batter was poured in and placed into the oven.
The syrup:
In a saucepan the water and spread were heated until the liquid was reduced to a syrup consistency.
The frosting:
The cream cheese, fruit spread, heavy cream and vanilla were whipped together until smooth and set aside.
Once the cake was done it was turned out of the pan to cool. After 15 mins the syrup was added and allowed to sit for another 15 minutes before adding the frosting.
