2.4 oz cheese
4 tbsp potato starch
1 tsp butter
1 large egg
1 Scallion whites and greens
salt and pepper
Preparation:
The egg was combined with the julienne potatoes first and mixed well after that the butter was added along with the cheese. The potato starch was added in tbsp increments and last in was the salt and pepper.
I formed the patties using a silicone ring mold.
